Dry Diggings Track 2 - Triptych

A$2,900.00
sold out

Dry Diggings Track 2– Triptych by Michael Wolfe – 130x54cm framed in a Mountain Ash frame in a natural Danish Oil finish.

“I’ve been painting Leanganook/Mount Alexander on Djaara country near my home in Castlemaine for many years and never tire of the rolling hills, granite outcrops, rhythms, textures and colours. There’s order and geometry, and mostly wonderful chaotic confusion. It’s a beautiful, rugged, constantly changing landscape that I love using as a backdrop and motif in my paintings.”

Original artwork by award winning and internationally exhibited artist Michael Wolfe.

This beautiful contemporary abstract landscape painting draws inspiration from the landscape around Michael’s home in Central Victoria.

A bold and colourful statement piece from an artist who is passionate about our Australian landscape.

As a painter and photographer, Michael has exhibited widely in Australia and internationally and his work is included in public, corporate and private collections.
